Canopy/Cockpit/Fuselage Covers:
Canopy Covers protect your Cirrus SR20’s upholstery and avionics from excessive heat, prevent problems caused by leaking door and window seals, and help keep windshields and windows clean while deterring vandalism and theft. Custom-designed for each model and your aircraft’s specific antenna and temperature probe placements, the cover encloses the windshield, all side windows, and canopy roof. Adjustable belly straps with quick-release buckles and a high-quality shock-cord hem provide a snug fit. Each cover is custom sewn to match your aircraft’s colors, can include the registration number for an additional charge, and comes with a duffle bag. Made from Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas and 100% lined with soft microfiber, the reflective material reduces cabin temperatures, is water-, ice-, and snow-repellent, breathable, UV-resistant, and prevents scratching.
Extended Canopy/Engine Covers combine the canopy and engine cowl into a one-piece design that extends aft to cover all windows and down the side of the airplane for full coverage. The Extended Canopy Cover overlaps with Wing and Empennage Covers to form a full protection set, with adjustable shock cords for a secure fit. Cockpit Covers focus on shielding the windshield and side windows, featuring rugged, nonmetal Delrin buckles for outdoor durability. All covers use the same Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas with soft microfiber lining, providing reflective, breathable, and weather-resistant protection to keep your aircraft safe and maintain near-ambient interior temperatures even on the hottest days.
Engine/Prop Covers:
Protect your engine year-round with custom-fit covers that cinch around the spinner and fully enclose the engine cowl. Available in standard durable polyester or insulated quilted versions with 3M Thinsulate for cold-weather preheating. Optional access flap and hangar blanket versions provide versatile protection for both indoor and outdoor use.
Cirrus SR20 Propeller Covers
One-piece covers slip over spinner and blades, lined with soft microfiber to prevent scratches. Insulated versions offer cold-weather protection with quilted, water-repellent, and breathable material. All covers are reflective, UV- and water-resistant, helping preserve engine and propeller surfaces while maintaining near-ambient cabin temperatures.
Plugs and Protection:
Pitot tube covers (non-heat resistant) are made from Naugahyde vinyl and fully enclose the pitot assembly. They slip over the tube and secure at the base with a Velcro strap. Each includes a “Remove Before Flight” streamer. Heat-resistant upgrades prevent melting if the pitot heat is accidentally turned on, and tethered sets are available upon request.
Engine inlet plugs are custom-fit for Cirrus SR20 intakes, made from heavy-duty vinyl with a sculpted urethane foam core. Zippered openings allow the foam to be removed for drying or cleaning. Warning flags or sewn-in “Remove Before Flight” streamers provide clear visual reminders. Registration numbers can be added for an extra charge. Plugs can be installed after flight, even while warm, and are also called cowl plugs, intake plugs, cowl blocks, engine blocks, or engine bungs. Storage bag not included.
Wing/Tail/Empennage Covers:
Protect your Cirrus SR20’s wings, horizontal stabilizers, and tail surfaces from sun, frost, snow, ice, and corrosion with custom-fit covers made from durable Solution-Dyed Polyester or Silver Acrylic Sunbrella. Covers wrap the upper surfaces, leading and trailing edges, and wing tips, securing with adjustable straps and cut-outs for static wicks. The one-piece empennage cover includes the vertical stabilizer, tailboom, elevators, and rudder, accommodating antennas, beacons, and static wicks. Wing covers form-fit each tip and can attach under the belly with straps; modifications for STOL kits, droop tips, or vortex generators are available. Hail Protection versions incorporate dense closed-cell foam for added impact resistance. All-year Sunbrella offers heavier, UV- and weather-resistant durability, while winter Solution-Dyed Polyester is lighter and compact for seasonal use, providing long-lasting protection and preserving paint and control surfaces.

Miscellaneous Products:
Tire and wheelpant covers protect your wheels, tires, and wheelpants from sun damage as well as from contact with the tow bar during aircraft movement. All-Year Use Material – Made from Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas, this durable, heavier material offers excellent sun protection and longevity. It is designed to withstand all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and intense sunlight.
Light Weight Travel Covers:
The Lightweight Travel Canopy and Canopy/Engine Covers provide the same coverage as the standard versions but are made with Silver Solution-Dyed Polyester, making them extremely lightweight and compact for easy storage. These covers are ideal for aircraft stored full-time in a hangar and used only occasionally. Only the windshield area is lined to save weight, and the polyester material is water-resistant but intended for short-term outdoor use. An ultra-lightweight option is also available for fitted hangar dust covers. For regular daily outdoor protection, the standard Sunbrella Cover remains the recommended choice.
