Custom-fit for your Cirrus SF-50 Vision Jet, this one-piece canopy and nose cover protects the windshield, side windows, canopy roof, and nose from heat, sun, snow, ice, and moisture. Adjustable belly straps, quick-release buckles, and a shock-cord hem ensure a snug, secure fit.
Made from Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas with a soft microfiber lining, the cover is reflective, water- and snow-repellent, and breathable to prevent moisture buildup. The durable outer material resists UV damage and static, while the inner lining protects paint and surfaces. Optional attachments allow fastening to the fuselage for extra security. Also known as cabin covers, fuselage covers, or canvas caps.
Engine/Prop Covers:
Designed for easy installation and compact storage, these engine covers feature a spring steel hoop sewn into the hem, allowing many installations without climbing onto the wing or using a stepladder. The hoop folds like a band-saw blade into three nested rings, and each cover packs into a compact circular bundle stored in the included duffle bag.
Made from medium-weight Solution-Dyed Polyester, the covers are available in multiple colors to match your paint trim. Each set includes detailed installation and folding instructions, and the aircraft registration number can be silkscreened for an additional charge. All-year use material offers heavier, durable protection against sun, rain, snow, and extreme weather for long-lasting cover longevity.
Plugs and Protection:
Heat Resistant Pitot Tube Covers
Protect the pitot assembly with Naugahyde vinyl covers lined with non-burning material. Secure with a Velcro strap and attached "Remove Before Flight" streamer. Heat-resistant design prevents melting if pitot heat is accidentally left on. Optional tethered sets available.
Engine Exhaust & Inlet Plugs
Custom-fit vinyl plugs with sculpted urethane cores for your Cirrus SF-50 Vision Jet. Zippered openings allow foam removal for drying or cleaning. Each plug includes a "Remove Before Flight" streamer, with optional registration number imprinting. Exhaust plugs can be installed immediately after flight, even when warm. Engine Inlet Plugs are also called cowl plugs, intake plugs, cowl blocks, engine blocks, or engine bungs.
Wing/Tail/Empennage Covers:
Protect your Cirrus SF-50 Vision Jet’s wings and horizontal stabilizers from sun, frost, snow, ice, and corrosion with custom-fit covers. Made from durable Solution-Dyed Polyester or Silver Acrylic Sunbrella, they fully wrap upper surfaces, leading and trailing edges, and wing tips, securing with adjustable straps under the surfaces. Cut-outs can accommodate static wicks, and modifications are available for STOL kits, droop tips, or vortex generators. Winter-use fabrics are lighter and compact for seasonal protection, while all-year Sunbrella provides heavier, UV- and weather-resistant durability. Hail Protection versions incorporate dense closed-cell foam to guard against small- to medium-size hail. Covers are labeled LEFT and RIGHT for easy installation and long-lasting protection.
Heat Shields and Sun Reflectors:
Cockpit Heatshields provide interior sun protection for your aircraft. Made from a unique composite of closed-cell foam with a silver mylar finish, the semi-rigid design stands inside the window frame yet folds flat for storage in the included sleeve. Some designs use Velcro or suction cups for installation. For jets, Heatshields are offered white-side out, following manufacturer advisories on reflective inserts. Ideal for short-term cockpit overheating, though external fabric covers offer better long-term protection.
Light Weight Travel Covers:
This cover provides the same coverage as our standard Canopy Cover but uses ultra-lightweight materials that fold compactly for easy storage. Ideal for aircraft stored full-time in a hangar and used only occasionally, it’s made from Silver Solution-Dyed Polyester and lined over the windshield to save weight. The fabric is water-resistant for short-term outdoor use. An ultra-lightweight option is also available for fitted hangar dust covers. For regular outdoor protection, the standard Sunbrella canopy cover remains the recommended choice.
