Fixed Wing Preheat Kit w/Battery Heat

BOEING 737-100, 737-200, 737-200C WITH PW JT8D SERIES TURBOFAN ENGINES

This preheat kit contains pad heat elements for engine preheat, and Battery heat. This multi-point configuration fully preheats the engine and battery. Power is routed to the elements through a dedicated wiring assembly with LED system power indication and circuit overload protection standard. The system is self-regulating through design. Heated components reach an average state of thermal equilibrium in approximately six hours.

Required installation kits (SUPPLIED SEPARATELY):

• TSAPU-3090-115, APU Preheat kit. (TA3090-1 for 115V, TA3090-2 for 230V)
• DC730 bonding sealant or equivalent per instruction TNDC730

This preheat kit when installed will supply 1600 watts to the aircraft with a 14 amp draw at 115 volts.
This preheat kit when installed will supply 1600 watts to the aircraft with a 7 amp draw at 230 volts.
Spread between 3 plugs. (4th plug is for required APU kit, SUPPLIED SEPARATELY

Battery heat based on single RG-380E-60B, SAFT 4579, MARATHON 1152112-2, or equivalent battery.
