This Passive headset is designed to be used cell phones or music devices. The headset has a coiled cable that terminates to a 3.5mm (4 conductor) plug. This type of plug works with a majority of the "smartphones" on the market today. The noise canceling non amplified mic will allow the person on the other end of the phone call to hear you loud and clear even in noisy environments.
