Power Flow’s tuned exhaust delivers a significant performance boost by efficiently clearing spent gases from each cylinder, giving your aircraft immediate gains in speed, climb, smoothness, and fuel efficiency. Available in two finish options—both designed for long-term durability and standout appearance.

Finish Options

• Electropolished Stainless Steel (Standard):
  • Bright polished appearance that will naturally blue or discolor over time (often within 50 hours). Can be restored with Power Flow’s polishing kit.
• Ceramic-Coated Exhaust Pipe (Upgrade):
  • Looks like a polished pipe but will not discolor. The ceramic coating is applied to the visible outlet pipe only. Our most popular finish—no polishing required and a clean, high-end appearance for the life of the system.

Performance Improvements:

• Up to 7 knots faster (constant-speed prop)
• 30–150 RPM increase (fixed pitch)
• 4–6 seconds shorter takeoff roll

Exhaust Features:

• Complete 321 stainless-steel system: 4 headers, extractor system, muffler, cabin heat shroud, carb heat, support rod, STC paperwork, instructions, and all required installation hardware (nuts, No-Blo gaskets, etc.)
• New cabin heat and carburetor heat exchangers
• No welds in the cabin heat section—greatly reducing carbon monoxide risk
• Fully muffled exhaust with a user-replaceable muffler
