The system uses 1-3/4" 321 stainless primary tubes (.049" wall), 40% thicker than OEM, and each tube expands and contracts independently through dual slip joints—eliminating the rigid hot-spot stresses that lead to premature cracking in stock systems. No beaded ends or clamps, no leak-prone joints. Exhaust flow is merged through a patented 3-into-1 collector and venturi, with an outlet that is 90% thicker than OEM for exceptional longevity. Many operators report over 5,000 hours of use with no failures, including high-cycle Alaska air taxi fleets.
