A lightweight, stretch-fit design that slips over both intake and exhaust for quick hangar use. Best suited as dust covers with a typical one-year service life.
Intake Covers (Tri-Fold Ring Style)
Spring-steel hoops allow quick installation without climbing on the aircraft. Each cover folds into a compact three-ring bundle for easy stowage in the included duffle. Made from medium-weight nylon in multiple color options, with optional registration imprinting.

Pitot Tube Covers
Heat-Resistant Pitot Tube Covers for the Bombardier Global Express are made from durable Naugahyde vinyl and lined with non-burning material. They slip over the full pitot assembly and secure with a Velcro strap, with a Remove Before Flight streamer included. Designed to prevent melting if pitot heat is activated. Sets can be tethered upon request.

Wing/Tail/Empennage Covers:
Protect your aircraft’s paint and control surfaces from sun, frost, snow, ice, and corrosion. Custom-fit Horizontal Stabilizer and Wing Covers wrap fully around leading and trailing edges, securing with adjustable straps and accommodating static wicks or wing-tip modifications as needed. Available in all-year Silver Acrylic Sunbrella for maximum UV and weather protection, or lightweight Solution-Dyed Polyester for seasonal use.
Both stabilizer and wing covers can be ordered in a Hail-Protection version using dense closed-cell foam across the upper surface to help shield against small to medium hail. Wing Covers are labeled LEFT/RIGHT for easy installation and can be strapped together under the fuselage for added security.
Heat Shields and Sun Reflectors:
Cockpit Heatshields provide quick, effective interior sun protection using a semi-rigid, closed-cell foam core with a white mylar finish. Designed to stand inside the window frame, each set folds flat for easy storage in the included sleeve. Some models use Velcro or suction cups for added support. Ideal for short-term heat reduction—especially on jets where reflective inserts are not recommended—though an external fabric cover is best for long-term protection.
