Canopy/Cockpit/Fuselage Covers:
The Beech Travel Air B95 Canopy, Nose, Extended Canopy, and Extended Canopy/Nose Covers protect your aircraft from heat, UV damage, moisture, and debris while reducing wear on upholstery and avionics. Designed to enclose the windshield, side windows, canopy roof, and nose (depending on model), these covers are custom-fit for each aircraft and tailored to antenna and temperature probe placements. They attach with adjustable belly straps, quick-release buckles, and high-quality shock cord sewn into the hem for a snug, secure fit. Made from Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas and fully lined with soft microfiber, the covers are water-, ice-, and snow-repellent, UV- and anti-static resistant, and highly reflective to keep cabin temperatures near ambient on hot days while allowing moisture to escape. Optional registration imprinting and color-matched trim are available, and a duffle bag is included for storage. Extended designs provide additional coverage down the sides to integrate with Wing, Engine, and Empennage Covers, creating a complete, high-performance aircraft protection system.
Engine/Prop Covers:
Beech Travel Air B95 Engine and Propeller Covers provide full protection for your aircraft’s engine and spinner, preventing wear, debris, and cold-weather damage while supporting engine preheating. Engine Covers cinch around or behind the spinner, cover the entire engine cowl including air cooling and induction inlets, fasten with Velcro beneath the spinner, and attach with a belly strap aft of the firewall, with the option to Velcro to the Canopy Cover. Standard covers are made from durable Solution-Dyed Polyester or Acrylic Sunbrella, while Insulated Engine Covers feature a composite of solution-dyed polyester, 3M Thinsulate insulation, and soft nylon lining to retain heat and reduce engine wear in cold climates; optional access flaps are available. Propeller Covers are one-piece, form-fitting designs for multiple blade configurations—wood, composite, or metal—slipping over blades and spinner and securing with an all-weather zipper. Insulated Propeller Covers are thicker, quilted, water-repellent, breathable, and lined with soft microfiber to prevent scratching, reflect heat, and maintain near-ambient temperatures, while the outer Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas offers UV, water, ice, snow, and anti-static resistance for all-weather durability and long-term protection.
Plugs and Protection:
Pitot Tube Covers and Engine Inlet Plugs provide essential protection for critical aircraft components during storage and ground operations. Standard (non–heat resistant) Pitot Tube Covers are made from durable Naugahyde vinyl and are designed to slip over the entire pitot assembly, tightening securely around the base with a Velcro strap and featuring a highly visible “Remove Before Flight” streamer; heat-resistant versions are available as an upgrade to prevent melting if pitot heat is accidentally activated, and optional tethering can be added upon request. Engine Inlet Plugs are custom fit for the B95’s intakes and constructed from heavy-duty vinyl filled with a single block of sculpted urethane foam, with a built-in zipper allowing the foam to be removed and dried if needed. These plugs include warning flags or “Remove Before Flight” streamers visible from the cockpit, may be imprinted with the aircraft registration number for an additional charge, and can be installed even when the engine is still warm. Also known as Cowl Plugs, Intake Plugs, Cowl Blocks, Engine Blocks, or Engine Bungs, they help prevent debris intrusion, moisture buildup, and unnecessary engine wear.
Wing/Tail/Empennage Covers:
Horizontal Stabilizer, Empennage, and Wing Covers for the Beech Travel Air B95 provide comprehensive protection against sun damage, frost, snow, ice buildup, corrosion, and hail. Horizontal Stabilizer Covers protect the entire upper surface and overlap the leading and trailing edges and tips, securing underneath with adjustable straps and optional cutouts for static wicks. The one-piece Empennage Cover encloses both the vertical and horizontal stabilizers as well as the tailboom, fastening with adjustable belly straps and durable all-weather zippers while accommodating antennas, beacons, and static wicks. Wing Covers form-fit around each wingtip, cover the full upper surface, wrap the leading and trailing edges, and secure underneath with adjustable straps; left and right covers may also connect under the belly and can be customized for STOL kits, droop tips, or vortex generators. These covers are available in All-Year Use Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas for maximum durability and long-term outdoor exposure, or Winter Use Solution-Dyed Polyester for lighter, more compact seasonal protection. Optional Hail Protection versions incorporate dense closed-cell foam into the upper surfaces to help shield wings and control surfaces from small to medium hail, providing robust, reliable protection in all weather conditions.
Heat Shields and Sun Reflectors:
Windshield Heatshields are interior sunshades designed to reduce cockpit heat by reflecting sunlight away from an aircraft’s front windshield. Made from a unique composite of closed-cell foam with a reflective silver Mylar finish, the semi-rigid panels are stiff enough to stand securely against the inside of the windshield using sun visors or window framing. The Heatshield folds flat for easy storage in the included sleeve, with some configurations using Velcro, suction cups, or split right- and left-side panels. While effective as a short-term solution for cockpit overheating, an external fabric cover offers superior protection and practicality for long-term sun exposure.
Light Weight Travel Covers:
Canopy Covers help protect your aircraft’s upholstery and avionics from excessive heat, reduce issues caused by leaking door and window seals, keep windshields and windows clean, and help deter vandalism and theft. The Beech Travel Air B95 Canopy Cover is custom designed to enclose the windshield, all side windows, and canopy roof, with precise accommodations for model-specific antennas and temperature probes. It secures with adjustable belly straps and quick-release buckles, while shock cord sewn into the hem ensures a snug, secure fit. Commonly referred to as cabin, fuselage, or canopy covers, each one is custom sewn with color-matched corners, optional registration number imprinting, and includes a duffle bag. Made from Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas and fully lined with soft microfiber, this cover offers excellent UV, water, ice, and snow protection, reflects heat to reduce cabin temperatures to near ambient levels, and remains breathable to allow trapped moisture to escape without scratching the aircraft surface.
