Construction & Finish
Micro Vortex Generators are manufactured under FAA PMA approval from 6063-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, then alodined to Boeing mil-spec standards for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Each VG features a contoured base designed to match the wing surface for optimal adhesion and aerodynamic performance. Units are supplied ready for paint.
Optional paint matching to your aircraft is available at an additional cost.
How Micro Vortex Generators Work
Micro Vortex Generators create small, controlled vortices that energize the boundary layer airflow over the wing. This energized airflow resists separation, allowing the wing to maintain lift and control at lower airspeeds and higher angles of attack. The result is improved low-speed handling, tighter turns, better control authority, and increased safety during critical agricultural flight operations.
