Engine/Prop Covers:
Protect your Aeronca Sedan engine with custom-fit covers that wrap around or behind the spinner and cover the entire cowl, including air cooling and induction inlets. Optional access flaps for preheaters are available, and an economical Insulated Hangar Blanket provides indoor winter protection.

Insulated versions add extra warmth and protection in cold climates. Plugs and Protection:
Safeguard your Aeronca Sedan’s pitot tube with tailored Naugahyde vinyl covers that slip over the assembly and secure with a Velcro strap. Each cover includes a "Remove Before Flight" streamer, and an optional heat-resistant version prevents damage if pitot heat is accidentally activated. Tethered sets are available on request.
Custom-fit engine inlet plugs protect your aircraft’s intakes with heavy-duty vinyl shells and sculpted urethane foam cores. Zippered openings allow the foam to be removed and dried, while warning flags or sewn-in "Remove Before Flight" streamers provide clear visual reminders. Registration numbers can be added for an additional fee. Engine plugs may be installed even when the engine is warm, offering reliable protection for your cowl and intake system. Light Weight Travel Covers:
The Lightweight Travel Canopy Cover protects your Aeronca Sedan like our standard canopy cover but folds compactly for easy storage. Ideal for aircraft kept in a hangar and used occasionally, it’s made from Silver Solution-Dyed Polyester with lining over the windshield for added protection without extra weight. The water-resistant fabric is intended for occasional outdoor use, while an ultra-lightweight option is available for fitted hangar dust covers. For daily outdoor protection, the standard Sunbrella canopy cover remains the best choice.
