Engine/Prop Covers:
Beech 1900D Engine, Propeller, and Prop/Exhaust Covers are designed to provide complete protection and thermal control for a wide range of operating conditions. Engine Covers cinch around or behind the spinner, fully enclosing the engine cowling, cooling, and induction air inlets, and secure with Velcro beneath the spinner and a belly strap aft of the firewall, with the option to Velcro directly to a Canopy Cover; they are typically made from durable Solution-Dyed Polyester or Acrylic Sunbrella, with insulated versions available for cold climates. Insulated Engine Covers use a specialized composite of solution-dyed polyester, 3M Thinsulate insulation, and a soft nylon interior to complement engine preheaters, retain heat after shutdown, and help reduce cold-weather engine wear, with optional access flaps available. Propeller Covers feature a one-piece, form-fitting design that slips over the blades and spinner and secures with an all-weather zipper, accommodating various blade counts and prop materials, while insulated prop covers provide added cold-weather protection using thicker, quilted, breathable materials. Prop Tie-Down/Exhaust Covers are constructed from heavy-duty red vinyl with adjustable nylon webbing and spring-secured attachments to protect exhaust outlets and stabilize the prop, delivering reliable, all-season protection for the Beech 1900D
Plugs and Protection:
The Pitot Tube Covers and Engine Inlet Plugs provide essential protection for critical aircraft systems during ground operations and storage. Pitot Tube Covers are available in both standard and heat-resistant versions, each made from durable Naugahyde vinyl and designed to fully enclose the entire pitot assembly by slipping over the tube and tightening securely at the base with a Velcro strap, with a highly visible “Remove Before Flight” streamer attached. The heat-resistant upgrade includes a non-burning liner to help prevent the cover from melting onto the pitot tube if pitot heat is accidentally activated, and optional tethering between covers is available upon request. Engine Inlet Plugs are custom fit for Beech 1900D intakes and constructed from heavy-duty vinyl filled with a single block of sculpted urethane foam for a secure seal; each plug features a zipper for foam removal and drying, sewn warning flags or streamers visible from the cockpit, and optional black aircraft registration number imprinting. Designed for convenience, inlet plugs may be installed shortly after flight while the engines are still warm, with storage bags not included.
Wing/Tail/Empennage Covers:

Made from either Solution-Dyed Polyester for seasonal winter use or heavier Silver Acrylic Sunbrella for long-term, all-year protection, these form-fitting covers fully enclose the upper surfaces and wrap around the leading and trailing edges, securing with adjustable straps for a snug, stable fit. Wing covers slip over each wingtip, are labeled LEFT and RIGHT for easy installation, can attach beneath the fuselage for added security, and may include cutouts for static wicks or accommodate wingtip modifications such as STOL kits, droop tips, and vortex generators. Optional Hail Protection versions incorporate dense closed-cell foam across the entire upper surface to help shield wings and stabilizers from small to medium hail, making these covers ideal for aircraft stored outdoors in challenging conditions.

Made from a unique composite of closed-cell foam with a reflective silver mylar finish, the semi-rigid panels are stiff enough to stand inside the window framing yet fold flat for easy storage in the included sleeve. Some designs may use Velcro or suction cups for secure placement. Heatshields provide an effective short-term solution for cockpit overheating, though an external fabric cover is recommended for long-term protection.
Miscellaneous Products:
Beech 1900D Tire and Wheelpant Covers protect wheelpants, tires, and wheels from sun damage and incidental contact, such as tow bar impacts during ground handling. Constructed from durable Silver Acrylic Sunbrella canvas, the all-year-use material offers excellent UV protection, long-lasting performance, and reliability in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and prolonged sun exposure.
