The Ultimate Bar Graph Engine Analyzer (Model UBG-16) is a sophisticated instrument with unique features designed to provide pilots with a unique tool for detecting engine problems in their earliest stages and assisting you in operation your engine safely and economically.

UBG-16 features include: Sixteen input channel capability. Any channel may be set to display EGTs and CHTs, TIT, and Oil Temp in either digital or bar graph display, O.A.T, Carb. Temp, Cowl Temp, Other Temp, Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure, Manifold Pressure, Gyro Pressure, R.P.M.,Fuel flow, Bus Voltage or Amps. Uses MUX-8A Data Recorder.

Engine Analysis is performed automatically with sixteen pilot programmable Over-Temp limits and sixteen Under-Temp limits, a differential limit and a shock-cooling limit. Programmable range for bars. Programmable Scan Rate. True Peak detect that eliminates false peak readings. Indicates as each cylinder reaches peak EGT. Displays temperature below peak EGT for accurate leaning. Fuel/air mixture profiling. Normalized mode with long term memory for easy problem detection and trend analysis. STC'd and PMA'd. All UBG-16 models come with free download software with MUX-8A data recorder. In addition to the features of the Ultimate Bar Graph Engine Analyzer, there are options below that can be checked to be added on for an additional price.

  • UBG-16-4: 4 Cyl, 4 P-110 EGT, 3 P-100 CHT, 1 P-102 gasket CHT probe, 6' cable 8 input. Order this package if you have a 4 cylinder engine with a primary CHT instrument already installed.
  • UBG-16-6Mem 6 Cyl, 6 P-110 EGT, 6 P-100 CHT, 6' cable 12 inputs
  • UBG-16-6: 6 Cyl, 6 P-110 EGT, 5 P-100 CHT, 1 P-100 Gasket CHT, 6' cable 12 inputs, Order this package if you have a 6 cylinder engine with a primary CHT instrument already installed.
